The One and Only New Orleans Original. Sazerac Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey dates back to the 1800’s, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud’s Bitters. The libation became known as the “Sazerac” and America’s first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all.
As founding father of the bourbon industry, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. left an indelible legacy. His dedication to distilling began at the close of the Civil War when he purchased O.F C. Distillery. There, he developed innovative techniques that are still in use today. Made by hand, this Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey has been aged inside century old warehouses constructed by E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrels are evaluated and selected to create a perfect blend of distinctive character that is like no other. This bourbon is a true sipping bourbon that honors the uncompromising legacy of E.H. Taylor, Jr.
Ancient buffalo carved paths through the wilderness that led American pioneers and explorers to new frontiers. One such trail led to the banks of the Kentucky River where Buffalo Trace Distillery has been making bourbon whiskey the same way for more than 200 years. In tribute to the mighty buffalo and the rugged, independent spirit of the pioneers who followed them, we created our signature Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled, aged and bottled at the most award-winning distillery in the world. Made from the finest corn, rye and barley malt, this whiskey ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate. This will never change.
This one changed the way we think of bourbon, all because one man changed the way he thought about making it. Bill Samuels, Sr., simply wanted a whisky he would enjoy drinking. Never bitter or sharp, Maker's Mark® is made with soft red winter wheat, instead of the usual rye, for a one-of-a-kind, full-flavored bourbon that's easy to drink. To ensure consistency, we rotate every barrel by hand and age our bourbon to taste, not time. Each and every bottle of Maker's® is still hand-dipped in our signature red wax at our distillery in Loretto, Ky., just like Bill, Sr., would have wanted.

After graduating college, Lincoln Henderson joined Brown-Forman as a grain chemist and was eventually promoted to Master Distiller. During his 40-year tenure at Brown-Forman, he honed his skills while developing new brands such as Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Jack Daniel Distillery "Gentleman Jack" and Jack Daniel Distillery Single Barrel Whiskey. In addition to being responsible for the development of new products, Henderson oversaw quality control, technical distillery supervision, and sensory evaluation. "I never regretted a day when I had to go to work," says Henderson, who was awarded Malt Advocate's Lifetime Achievement Award and was an inaugural member of the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame.
After retiring from Brown-Forman, Henderson decided to go rogue and launched Angel's Envy Bourbon. "Angel's Envy is a lot of things," said Henderson. "It's my life's work. It's a whiskey of incomparable smoothness. It takes into account over 200 years of bourbon heritage and mingles it with over 400 years of port wine heritage." The name is derived from the term "angel's share" ― the portion of whiskey that evaporates as it ages in wooden barrels. After tasting the bourbon, Henderson realized that the angels might want a larger cut. The family operation is now run by his son Wes Henderson.
A lovely blended whisky from Japan, created by Ichiro Akuto, the Japanese whisky extraordinaire. This particular gem is made with both malt and grain whisky from Japan as well as (possibly) some whisky from other countries too - the label describes it as "a worldwide blended whisky".
The Nikka 12 year old is the most accomplished expression of the art of blending. For the creation of this blend, the House's Chief Blender has used whiskies aged at least 12 years, which brings an astonishing complexity to the final blend. Its aromatic profile, closer to an aged single malt than a blend, is directly influenced by the composition of the blend which emphasizes single malts with a small proportion of grain whiskies such as corn.
The nose is rather fruity (citrus, orange, lemon) at first sight, but it is in fact more complex than it seems with the appearance of spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg but also greedy aromas of beeswax, honey, and malted barley.
On the palate, The Nikka 12 year old reveals itself like a symphony orchestra with the greedy notes of dark chocolate as first violin and malted barley as piano. Numerous fruity aromas of apple, mirabelle plum, greengage and pear play the role of string instruments, while the airy floral notes of lilac and lily of the valley play the role of wind instruments. And to give rhythm to the whole, honeyed notes complete the melody of flavors.
The aromatic symphony ends with a long and smooth finish offering a multitude of notes of coconut milk, red fruits, pineapple and clementine combined with tobacco and licorice aromas in retro olfaction.
The Nikka Tailored, a premium blend of the historical Japanese whisky maker, is a worthy ambassador of the Japanese knowhow and culture as well as Nikka’s expertise.
Blended with precision and delicacy, this whisky is a blend primarily of malted barley from Miyagikyo in Honshū and Yoichi in Hokkaidō, along with Coffey Still grain.
The result is a perfect symbol of balance, roundness and softness, so many adjectives that characterize Nikka.
Taketsuru Pure Malt is a range of blended malt whiskies named in honor of Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka and father of Japanese whisky. These whiskies highlight the complexity and preciseness of blending.
The Taketsuru Pure Malt Non-Aged Statement is one of Nikka’s signature products that showcases their way of blending and perfecting flavors. Gentle malt flavor, fruitiness and extremely well-balanced taste make it a perfect entry point into the world of Nikka.
One of two brand new limited edition releases from Nikka that were created to represent the unique character of each of their distilleries, the Miyagikyo Grande brings a light and gentle drinking experience that exhibits soft floral tones, citrus fruits, subtle spices, lashings of vanilla and aromas of freshly cut grass. It was created using a portion of the disitllery’s sherry cask matured liquid, as well as a smaller amount of virgin oak matured whisky. As a result, it’s a fine example of top quality Miyagikyo single malt whisky and is the perfect dram to be enjoyed in the summer sun this year. Nikka releases are few and far between at the moment and given this release is limited in numbers, it’s worth getting your hands on while you can.
Miyagikyo Single Malt shows the characteristics of Nikka’s second distillery built in 1969. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose this site in the mountains of Sendai to contrast with his first distillery, Yoichi, which is located in the coastal area.
Miyagikyo Single Malt is described as soft and fruity. Using less peaty malt, this whisky is distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam at a low temperature. Miyagikyo Single Malt has an elegant fruitiness and a distinctive aroma with a strong Sherry cask influence.
Yoichi Single Malt shows the characteristics of Nikka’s first distillery built in 1934. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose Yoichi in Hokkaido because of the similar environmental conditions to Scotland, where he learned whisky making.
Yoichi Single Malt is described as bold and strong. Pleasant peaty notes and smokiness originating from the traditional direct coal-fired distillation as well as a briny hint delivered by the sea breeze during the aging process.
The Coffey Still is the world’s first patented continuous still invented by Mr. Aeneas Coffey in 1830. Masataka Taketsuru valued the feature of this type of still, which retains the flavors of ingredients and also creates a distinctive texture.
Coffey Grain and Coffey Malt are Nikka’s signature grain whiskies which show the beauty of our Coffey Stills.
Coffey Grain is predominantly made from corn and distilled in a Coffey Still.
The complex, sweet and mellow flavors of this expression will help you re-discover the beauty of a grain whisky.

Coffey Grain and Coffey Malt are Nikka’s signature grain whiskies which show the beauty of our Coffey Stills.
Coffey Malt is made from 100% malted barley. However it is not categorized as “malt whisky” but as “grain whisky” since it is not distilled in a pot still. This unique production method results in extraordinary flavors and texture.
Coming in a stunning matte blue bottle, with musically inspired art and the title Session adorned across the label, this world blended whisky was created from spirit produced at the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, masterfully blended together with whisky from Scotland’s hugely famous Ben Nevis distillery.
Nikka Whisky bought Scotland's Ben Nevis Distillery in 1989, though they had been importing whisky from its parent company, James Burrough, for some time prior to that. These days it's a pretty open secret that Ben Nevis is a component of many Nikka whiskies. Nikka Session is the company's first new brand of whisky in six years.
Nikka From The Barrel is a blended whisky created to deliver full flavors and richness of whisky “from barrels” which only blenders can sniff and taste.
The iconic bottle is designed to reflect “a small block of whisky” – embodying the rich, strong taste of the whisky within.
From The Barrel is an extremely complex blended whisky bottled at 51.4% ABV. In order to deliver its richness and full flavors, the blended liquid goes into used barrels for another few months for “marriage” before it is bottled.
Part of Nikka’s highly popular Black range, the Nikka Black Clear brings together vintages from the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries for a light, drinkable expression. A perfect entry dram for whisky beginners and best enjoyed neat. Nikka also promotes its Nikka Black in highballs, for a refreshing cocktail.

Chivas Mizunara represents true collaboration between two whisky-loving nations.
…but in the late 1990s, in a pub in a small post-industrial Welsh valley town, a group of friends drank and chatted about establishing the first whisky distillery in Wales in over a century. They dreamt of creating a whisky as pure and precious as Welsh gold, represented today by Penderyn’s ‘gold seam’.
The friends had a location in the historic village of Penderyn on the southern tip of the Brecon Beacons, chosen because of the site’s own supply of fresh natural spring water. They also had a unique copper single-pot still designed by Dr David Faraday, a relative of the great 19th-century scientist Michael Faraday. Penderyn Whisky was launched on St David’s Day 2004 in the presence of HRH Prince Charles.
The still produces spirit at an industry high of 92%, which means Penderyn whiskies are fresh, fruity and flavoursome. This spirit is recognised worldwide as one of the finest single malt whiskies. The majority of our spirit goes into ex-Bourbon casks with the remainder used to craft award-winning gins, vodka, cream liqueur and rum.
With investment, inspiration, hard work, attention to detail, the finest barley, expert distillers (our distilling team are all women), and the best American oak bourbon casks, Penderyn Whisky has quickly gained a worldwide reputation winning over 50 Gold Medals en route, and our whiskies are now available in over 40 countries.

46% ABV · FRUITY AND SPICED
Inspired by a long line of Douglas Laing family Fox Terriers, Scallywag Malt Scotch Whisky is a marriage of aged Speyside Single Malts matured predominantly in Spanish Sherry casks. The resulting Whisky reveals an explosion of rich, dark fruits, chocolate and spice interwoven with late vanilla. Award-winning Scallywag is bottled and released in genuinely small, precious batches.
Scallywag is a marriage of Single Malts 100% distilled in Speyside located in northeastern Scotland. This remarkably breathtaking area sits in a fertile valley of rivers and secluded glens and is home to over half of Scotland's Distilleries. The archetypal Speyside character is a rich, nutty and robust style of Malt Scotch Whisky.
Scallywag is a remarkable Blended 100% Malt of different Single Cask Single Malts from Speyside, predominantly matured in Spanish Sherry casks. We meticulously marry different casks for each and every genuinely small batch bottling of Scallywag, ensuring the resulting Whisky is rich with flavours of cocoa, spice and dark fruits. We never chill-filter the Scallywag spirit, nor do we add colouring, so savour that dark natural colour and its fulsome chewable mouthfeel.
