Kirishima Shuzo is a traditional honkaku shochu distillery founded in 1916. Fresh Sweet potato called “Kogane Sengan” which in harvested in southern part of Kyushu region is used as ingredients. Water used for brewery is local pure Kirishima Rekka water. Since establishment, they have been brewing this Kirishima with pride. Sweetness, daintiness, and balance are perfectly enjoyed. One of most well known shochu Kuro Kirishima is also on of the best selling sweet potato shochu in Japan.
