Aburaage is twice fried Tofu pouches that are used in many Japanese dishes like miso soup, hot pot, topping for udon or soba and even sushi. Often made into Inari Age which is simmered in a mixture of dashi, soy sauce and mirin this version is one that is used in making Inari Sushi and as toppings for noodle soups. These are sold in packs of three pieces.

The cattle used for our meats are fattened in adherence to the regulations of the Japan Agriculture Co-operative, and we use only Japanese black cattle registered with their cattle traceability system. According to the Japan Meat Grading Association our Saga beef is rated a 4 or above for meat quality and has a BMS of 7 or above.

Wagyu fat melts at a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius so to ensure the best quality please give the meat ample time to thaw in the chiller before cooking to prevent the fat from melting. To preserve the natural flavor of the Wagyu Beef please use its own fat provided in the pack to line the pan, griddle or grill you will be using.
Tarabagani or King Crab is the most coveted of the commercially sold king crab species.King Crab is shipped Live straight to your door! Sold per piece and comes in three sizes. We will have weekly shipments. Kindly indicate in the comments section your intended week of delivery when ordering. Current schedule for shipment is every Friday afternoon. We guarantee that each King Crab is Packed and Shipped Live what we cannot guarantee however is if they survive the trip to Davao. Due to the numerous logistical requirements and lengthly process involved in shipping specially during this pandemic they may arrive very weak or worse case fresh. King Crabs are far more sensitive than lobsters and cannot live very long outside of water. Not to worry though because you will still be receiving the same quality crabs only fresh. The proof is in the pudding, simply steam and consume or store in the chiller to be consumed the following day, we guarantee you will not know the difference between a live one since they only recently expired in transit. To store live King Crab you may keep it in the stryo box it came with along with sealed ice bags and cover the Crabs with damp foam or cloth using the liquid in its box to dampen. Make sure the ice bags are sealed as fresh water will kill the Crabs. If you have a spare chiller you can put the Crabs on a tray and cover it with damp cloth or foam and place it in the chiller and keep the temperature at 5 degrees celsius. The Crabs will usually keep for a day.

It was launched to celebrate the sesquicentennial anniversary of Tanduay Distillers in 2004. 1854 is a blend of rums aged 15 years before being bottled at 40% ABV.
